I will in May be departing from Better Help where I've had the honor of working with you all for over three years, to establish my own practice offering affordable EMDR and TIST Parts work, along with elements of CBT, Sensorimotor therapy, and a diverse range of modalities tailored to your healing journey. At this stage, it's essential for you to consider your options, which we can discuss via text or in our remaining sessions together, and choose the best path for your wellbeing:

B. Choose a different EMDR or TIST therapist in your area or online
